Walden has been arrested, it would seem. During my shift last night I was able to deduce that much from coffee pot gossip around the department; apparently someone overheard the Head Auror having a discussion with the arresting Auror afterwards. MacDougal, I believe.
I have not been able to acquire any more information on the fact, but will of course keep you all updated. [End Ward]

Seeing as he currently does not exactly seem to be in a state to do such, Rabastan has asked me to ward you, sirs, and inform you that he was attacked at his residence last night.
Apparently by an intruder in a mask and cloak similar, if not identical, to those we have become renowned for.
His flat is all but destroyed by fire, and with the implications set forth, if he would choose to press charges it would be handed over to the Auror office. He is currently at St Mungo's where I dropped him off for some reason I do not entirely understand. To make this convincing?, if there is a need to contact him. [End Ward]

The poison worked as planned and nearly all of the DMLE has found themselves incapicitated. Of course, there were those who do not drink coffee as their preferred drink of choice, but their numbers pale in comparison to those who are now at St Mungo's.
On that note, they have not yet figured out what is the cause of this, though are devastatingly accurate in assuming this is another attack on the department. [End Ward]

Somehow it has come about that the Auror office had found a way to locate the whereabouts of Rabastan, due to the fact that I only minutes ago saw How exactly the information set in place for Rabastan to be found slipped through my fingers is not something I am fully aware of It appears that while this is the second arrest of one of our ranks, this has not ended in another loss to our side Shit Rabastan was just seen being escorted by Alice Longbottom and Gawain Robards into the Auror office.
